Fuhsing-NTU Open uses Asian Parliamentary (AP) format in which each team consists of 3 speakers. You may choose to either register as a team or as individual speakers and let the organizers match you with others who are also looking for teammates.
A training session will be run in Fuhsing on March 27 from 18:30 to 21:30 for those who are new to the AP format as well for those who want to practice beforehand.
It is also a qualifier for WSDC team selection. If you are eligible and interested in trying out for the WSDC team, all you need to do is to respond accordingly in the registration form, and the system will include you into the selection pool.
Interested in debate? Join Fuhsing NTU Debate Open NOW to meet and compete with debaters from all over Taiwan. You will definitely learn and enjoy this tournament.

我們在3/27晚上,比賽前一天,會先在台北復興實驗高中舉辦一場小型訓練training session，時間為18:30至21:30，來幫助新手熟悉AP賽制，也歡迎老朋友前來重拾記憶!
對英文辯論有興趣的朋友們，不妨利用這次的復興台大盃，和各大專院校及高中的辯士們交流:) 不管是當辨士還是評審，都會有很大的收穫喔!

This event aims to increase the level of participation in Taiwan English debating. This is to support and empower confident, qualified trainers for secondary and tertiary institutions.

Target participants: current/prospective debate coaches, English teachers, English trainers, high school/university/graduate debaters, debate club presidents (both high school and university), and anyone else with an interest.**

*Cost covers all print packages and teaching materials, as well as public transportation costs for organisers. All remaining amount will be donated to the newly-established Taiwan Debate Union. Accounting will be made transparent to those who want to see it. Event is strictly not-for-profit.
** We will consider subsidising or waiving this registration fee for participants who can demonstrate either one or more of the following:
a) unique reach of their role as current/future debate trainer, or
b) special economic circumstances, or
c) travel of a great distance to attend this event
